1. What Moneasy Does

Moneasy is a web-based personal finance planning tool. It helps you track income and expenses, plan ahead with recurring entries, and see your financial picture at a glance — all in a clean, simple interface. Think of it as a smarter spreadsheet for your money.

2. Your Account

To use Moneasy, you need to create an account with a valid email address. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. A few ground rules:

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Moneasy.
• One person per account — don't share your login.
• Keep your password secure. We can't recover it for you, but you can reset it.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

We want Moneasy to stay a safe and reliable tool for everyone. Please don't:

• Use the service for anything illegal or harmful.
• Try to access other users' data or accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the application.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Moneasy offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Here's how it works:

• Your first month is free — no credit card required.
• After your trial, you can choose a yearly subscription to keep using the service.
• Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
• Prices may change, but we'll give you a heads-up before they do.

6. Limitation of Liability

Moneasy is provided "as is." We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Moneasy. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the settings menu. When you do:

• Your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
• Backups are purged within 60 days.
• If you have an active subscription, it won't auto-renew after cancellation.

We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with notice when possible.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of Moneasy after changes means you accept the updated terms.
